Company evolution
From an entrepreneurial company to an investment platform.
Catalyst Europe's corporate history began with AUTO-HOUSE A.SH, S.L., incorporated in Valencia, Spain, in 2023. The company initially operated in the automotive sector — vehicle trading and related commercial operations — built around an entrepreneurial model of transactions, sourcing and cross-border opportunity.
As its network and activities expanded, the business moved beyond its original focus into broader business development and private investment, and then toward structuring capital around companies and long-term projects.
Catalyst Europe represents the next stage of that evolution — an investment and venture development platform working across technology and capital-intensive real assets between Europe and Asia.
