Investment Platform

Capital around opportunities, not opportunities around capital.

Catalyst invests and organises capital for companies and projects where it sees long-term fundamental value.

Investment models

Not every investment should look the same.

Depending on the asset, Catalyst works through direct equity, co-investment, deal-specific SPVs, strategic capital, private debt, project finance and public capital. We use a structure because it fits the project — not because it is familiar.

01

Direct Investment

Catalyst can invest directly in selected companies and projects — most interesting where our capital also opens a new market, the next round, a strategic partner, an infrastructure asset or access to public funding.

02

Co-Investment

For larger opportunities Catalyst can work alongside private investors, family offices and strategic partners. Each investment is considered separately.

03

Deal-Specific SPV

A dedicated vehicle can be created for a single transaction — isolating the asset, separating risk, combining several investors and establishing clear governance.

04

Strategic Capital

An industry partner's capital can be worth more than ordinary financial capital when it provides market access, customers, technology, infrastructure or international scale.

05

Private Debt & Project Finance

For real assets, Catalyst structures debt and project finance alongside equity so the capital stack matches the cash flows and risk profile of the asset.

06

Public Capital

Where a project qualifies, public programmes and grants can become part of the overall financial model, structured together with private capital.

We invest. We structure. We build. We mobilise capital.

What remains after the investment cycle?

Alignment

Do the long-term interests of participants coincide?

Indicative only. Catalyst does not commit to a specific investment capacity where it is not legally confirmed, and distinguishes Catalyst investment from capital mobilised, transaction value and project value.
